The last time I went I used a validation code for the Buy Any Sandwich Get One Free on the receipt. I ordered the double quarter pounder with cheese. The girl told me to drive around. At the window I ordered again & she had to get the manager. There was a 3 person huddle before two left & she asked again wat I wanted. I said double quarter pounder with cheese. She then rang up & charged me for a quarter pounder w cheese. I told her this was wrong & she sent me to the next window to fix it. I told the next person she got it wrong & she went & got the manager. The manager, a black lady I don't know the name of, then proceeded to say I cant get the double quarter pounder. I told her it says any sandwich. She then tried to charge me for 2 extra patties. I tried to ask if she could just take the difference between the sandwiches but she started talking loud & fast over me repeatedly so I couldnt ask the question. She was trying to scam me because two extra patties cost more than the difference between the burgers. She started arguing with me & not letting me talk so I said wow you're the manager talking to me like this? She said she can add the patties but I said nah I'll take it. I got the bag & told her I don't trust her with my food after that. I then disputed the charge.

Manager on duty was uspet that I returned because my bag had no fries she had an attitude and swore she was the one who packed my order I offered to bring in the bag with no fries she made a small scene in the lobby about 2 missing medium fries !

Why have the kids fries gotten so small. They were more like a mini than a small. The sign says the happy meal comes with a small fry? Is all of your food shrinking?

This review is mostly for manager Chataki. She and her morning team went above and beyond to serve our party of 30 people on Nov. 9, 2023. I had dropped by the afternoon before to give the manager (different person) a heads up that we would have a large party coming by in the a.m. for breakfast. This manager failed to tell the morning crew, so when we arrived they were not expecting us. Nevertheless, they stepped up and did a great job of serving us and were very pleasant and friendly. A+ job!

Location on North 18th, I'm just surprised at the service when I come. I rather do my order on kiosk instead of talking with a cashier due to how they look at you when you come in. If you need assistance on the kiosk, they get mad and it's never any receipt paper in the machine, and when you ask for the receipt, they say "we can see your order, but I always have to ask to get my receipt as well. The customer service is always bad even when you are polite to them. I'm just shocked because of the location.Parking: Since the upgrade to the building, the parking lot got smaller so parking slots are very limited

just nowNEWDine in | Lunch | $1–10I order fries and coffee. I waited over 12 minutes and left l. I saw the person in drive thru pass a bag of fries out the window and bring them back in and told the manager in blue shirt that the customer said the fries were cold then the customer wanted new fries. The manager in the blue shirt grabs the fries out the bag put it in with the rest of the hot fries they just got cooked scoop some up and touches the fries with her hand and put it into a container and put it into a bag, I immediately walked out and just say I don’t even want to refund you and keep my little two dollars. I don’t want to eat here ever again.
