Went inside for a hot Mocha coffee. I used the kiosk to put in my order and paid for it at the counter. Why did it take over ten minutes to make it? A cashier asked fellow coworker, that works near the coffee machine, do they look at the monitor for coffee orders and she responded no. She asked another in the same area and got the same answer. The cashier tried to start making it but had customers. I was just about to ask for my money back when the manager asked what I was waiting...read full review
Spent time with my boys eating out. They did get my son's order wrong. He asked for no onions and they gave it to him anyways but since it took forever to get the food he said not to worry about it..
