I asked for an hot’n’spicy 5 dollar meal deal with 1 cookie but instead I had 2 cookies added to my order.Also I got a McDouble instead of my hot n spicy I asked for.And to add on some lady in the window told them to give me my order and I told them I didn’t want it because I wanted the hot’n’spicy I asked for in the first place, they told me to go back around for a refund. Y’all tryna cheat me out my money??

The renovations are nice which is why I gave the atmosphere 4 stars. But the service, food and overall 3 stars because the service is ALWAYS slow, something incorrect about thr order and most of the workers are just there. We only go there (165so) because it's closest to our house and my grand baby loves a happy meal.

The experience is a negative. I tried to order inside for dine in, but the kiosks were down. It took a long time, so I went to drive through. It was another long wait. I ordered on the mobile app while I waited in the drive thru. When I got to the intercom. I couldn't get my mobile order because nothing was working. Failed attempt and a waste of time. I will not go back anytime soon, no matter how good the deals are.

12:57 am 11/22/24 idk the guy's name but he's due for a raise .. definitely manager material! Been coming as a dasher the past year almost every single night .. he never has a bad attitude, always at work it seems every time I come in. It definitely shows that he is a very positive asset! Credit is definitely due to him!! :) thanks for always being a light in a world so dark!

Although they were extremely busy, everyone had a nice attitude. The manager even gave my granddaughter the toy she wanted for her kids meal.
