Spent $20.06 for old food to take to my family at the hospital. They NEVER answer the phone.

Drink was orange when ii order tea .

I only go to any McDonald's for 2 items. that's hot & spicy and a large fry. Can't go wrong with those two. but all McDonald's need to clean their drink machine regularly.

I am a door dasher and there is a lady with purple hair that continues to make me go i side to pick up an order that doordash which is who I work for is telling me to go through the drive through verry rude employees and one had an airport in his ear and was ignoring the coustomers cuz he couldn't hear them and he dropped one in someone's fries then just stuck his hand in it and put it back into his ear and served the fry and google says that they are open 24 hrs a day they do close at like 5 to switch to breakfast bit they close at 2 and turn paying customers away

A month later and employees are still rude as ever and lazy sit there on their phones and refused to make a door dash order that was put in before they switched to breakfast and I got food poisoning from here a cupple of weeks ago from the chicken

If I could put zero stars i would. I called this location AT LEAST five to six times no answer. I ordered from doordash had four dashers, one of them claiming my food was stolen. I called multiple times trying to get my money back but was met with unanswered calls time and time again. Actually so terrible fire everyone and start over this is pathetic, i’m sure a fast food restaurant run by dogs could do better. I will be calling again I hope the manager is somewhat competent.

We stopped here as a pit stop on our way home as a group of 6 and the food was very fresh and delicious! They were very busy in the drive thru so we had to wait about 15-20 minutes for the food but, it was worth it.

Great place to eat cheap$5 for coke,frys,nuggets&mcdouble cheese burger so it's under$6 bucks with tax .ya can't beat it it's a fire Deal

The McDonalda in Monroe is the worst McDonalds I have ever entered. It was not busy during a stop for a late lunch. Half of my family ate at McDonalds and the other half across the street at another fast food burger restaurant. The floors were greasy and dirty. There wasn't even a single clean table to sit and eat. The bathroom had a single stall. It was completely full to the toilet lid with feces and loads of toilet paper. An employee walked by the manager, who was sitting (apparently on duty) at a table, and went into the disgusting bathroom and came out laughing at how bad it was and described it to the manager. They saw us go in and come out disgusted and neither of them lifted a finger to make it better.
