My order was rang up incorrectly on one of my mcdoubles ( was supposed to be cheese and ketchup only on both of the mcdoubles I ordered ) so I let them know at the window before even getting our food. Once we got it I had 1 mcdouble made all the way and 2 with cheese ketchup and mustard... so I pulled over and went inside... and asked for 2 made the way I ordered twice already... the manager didn't seem to wanna be there and did not have a customer service attitude... got two more mcdoubles and one is made correctly and the other didn't have any cheese. I had already been at this location for 20 to 30 mins and I was so mad I just left and this is not the only bad experience I've had with the night crew... I go there all the time during the day and day crew is amazing and I love them. Some of them even know me by name. But night crew is always a nightmare and I will not be visiting this location ever again if the night crew can't get their selves in order and at least be nice to the people who are extremely nice to them even know they had screwed up my order multiples times. It wasn't the new girls at the window or the one in the kitchen that I'm upset with. It was the manager on duty around 8pm October 5th 2025. I was a manager for years and you ma'am need to work on your customer service or don't be in a leadership role. Period.

Had three or four employees sitting down they're not even having anybody run the front counter wanting me to use the kiosk and the credit card machine is broke so you got me sitting in there waiting on something to drink

Online orders take a while to prepare and the employees have no regard for anyone that comes to the register. The food has been incorrect the last 4x I have gone. I guess u get what you pay for.
Prices on drive thru board aren't accurate. $3.99 on the sign is total $5.07????

I was very unhappy with the food it was so greasey the burger tasted old and the fies tasted like the was cooked in old grease

Smh...I go here twice a day and i always order 2 of the same 4 for 5 meal deals with mcdoubles no ketchup add mayo, ranch dipping sauce with sweet tea and 1 extra frie....I was second in line...the caahier looked at me with a very strange look...opened window and states the total of 11.71 my man ask to add 1 small fry at the window and our total changed to 13.85 now i asked if she made our food fresh as i aaked at the speaker in drive thru she replied yes with a nod once i areived at pick up window she was there and i asked if our food was fresh she nodded again yes...i arrived home 5 minutes away our food wasnt fresh ,meat was extra dry,burnt and salty, nuggets were recooked and dry...my stomach instantly start aching so i asked my man to take a bite and he confirmed it was salty.....we are loyal customers and we get lied to and food is nwver fresh on the 4pm - close...im very unsatisfied with my store....we live 20 min in traffic away from any other mcdonalds ...this location is convenient and closet to our home being my man works an hour and half away in which i had an argument because i didnt go further...i have photos to prove my claim...I want to know why our food is fresh anytime before 3pm at this store and fyi meat,nuggets,and fries all cook in 3 minutes the time was 45 minutes til close? only 2 cars to serve?? My man said the fries were fresh eat them baby i said no my stomach hurts....I bet she want her food hot n fresh .....in my time of working i always treat the customer to fresh hot food just the way i like it ... if they not gonna provide quality food from 5am to 12am then they need to adjust the closing time and then the sales will fall ....when will the frappe return? PS do you need help???
