Horrible service. We live very close so have gone there many times over the past 3 years. They literally NEVER get our order correct. And I’m not exaggerating when I say never. I honestly don’t remember a time when I didn’t have to go back in to ask for a correction. Tonight was the last straw. We drove thru and this is the disgusting food we had in our bag when we got home. I don’t understand how anyone in good conscience could give these nuggets to a customer to eat!...read full review
Horribly rude people tonight, dec 7th, no one would say anything at drive through till we yell hello 20 times after sitting there 20 min. Then the woman with an attitude said pull up and and nothing else. Was very rude the whole time when we got to window. People are constantly driving off. No one answered the phone while we tried to call for over 10 min. Been waiting 20 min now on on food which she was extremely rude while she took our order. Very very very bad service. I am not LOVINNG IT. I have visited this location six times during the spring and summer for one of thier HOT DIPPED CONES. They have posted at the drive thru island try our HOT DIPPED CONE but I have yet been able to get one.
It appears they can spend mega $$$$$ on a remodel but can not repair the ice cream machine. I stopped in tonight and was not even able to get a plain cone because the cream was even too soft to stay on the cone. COME ON MICKEY D please fix it so I CAN...read full review
