This place had vehicles all of the way to the road when we came in. We knew it was a wait time to get up there. It took almost 30 to 40 min for someone to respond on the speaker box for either side of the drive through. A guy in front of us was almost full sleep mode before someone responded to him. I would not recommend this place at all. Needless to say we didn't get our order and canceled it. This is the reason for 3 stars on the food.

Orders 2 large frys and a drink, thats it, got maybe 1 medium fry total in 2 large boxes. It's honestly embarrassing. It's now a few weeks later and they have gotten worse, they Fry's are less full and super pale, under cooked almost.

Hair in the egg on my sandwich, lady taking orders cut me off and told me my total before I was done ordering. This location made ordering a sandwich and a coffee difficult when it shouldn’t have been.

This place is alright, but there are those managers who have an attitude every time you go through the drive thru. They are not very welcoming at all and have nasty attitudes most times. Always don't add extra stuff after requesting it and will not give you a straw if they ask you to pull up.

Narrow minded

Pulled up, asked for 3 value meals and wanted 3 sweet teas. Girl said "read the sign sir". I was looking for a sign but couldn't see it and doubted what I heard. It was night time and the screen is very bright. So I asked for sweet tea again and she said , "read the sign sir". I finally saw it and said "you can't read that, hard to see but I see it now". I got sprite and pulled around. The face of the manager told me everything. Looked at me like I was giving them a hard time. I wanted to tell her to just say you don't have sweet tea next time instead of having an attitude assuming people are looking for a piece of paper in the corner that isn't easy to read considering the light behind it makes it impossible to read. But I didn't want special sauce in my burger so I said nothing. Rude dumb people. 12-31-24.
