Pulled up, asked for 3 value meals and wanted 3 sweet teas. Girl said "read the sign sir". I was looking for a sign but couldn't see it and doubted what I heard. It was night time and the screen is very bright. So I asked for sweet tea again and she said , "read the sign sir". I finally saw it and said "you can't read that, hard to see but I see it now". I got sprite and pulled around. The face of the manager told me everything. Looked at me like I was giving them a hard time. I wanted to tell her to just say you don't have sweet tea next time instead of having an attitude assuming people are looking for a piece of paper in the corner that isn't easy to read considering the light behind it makes it impossible to read. But I didn't want special sauce in my burger so I said nothing. Rude dumb people. 12-31-24.

Horrible experience came at 8:30 pm it's like none of them no what they're doing. Drive thru line was long so we went in. Boy was that a big mistake it was hot and flies everywhere. The manger in charge seemed to care more about door dash orders instead of people waiting for service. She saw us waiting and didn't even speak. I don't understand how they weren't prepared for this tonight ?

Wby the signs says close @12AN but it's 11PM and they turning people away saying they CLOSED I thought it was ok one time but it's EVERYDAY now... Missing dat money.. I know they just turned my family away then that's$60 and few more cars on today 6/21/24.. It's crazy and it's almost one of the only fast food places close to us

I understand mistakes happen on orders but for the second time in two days this location got the order wrong. There are two managers in there today. The man is always so nice to the customers. The lady(with red hair) on the other hand not only was rude to my kids but to all the customers. My daughter ordered a frozen sprite . She said the machine isn’t working but the other manager went and got it for them. I do not recommend this location!
