Can't ask for better dining experience everything I've tried there is amazing, the atmosphere is elegant and the wait staff is some of the best I've found anywhere instead of just dinner they also have lunch options as well with daily lunch specials making it a regular spot for lunch now 2-3 days a week on average

My friend and I were followed out of the restaurant by a waitress (not our waitress) asking why we didn’t leave a tip, when we in fact did. The whole experience ruined my birthday dinner. 0/10

My friend wanted to take me to dinner for my birthday. I wanted to try Monroe’s as I’d never been. The food wasn’t great, but I would’ve considered coming back for the ambiance.
My friend paid for hers, mine and her husband’s to go dinner on her ticket. I paid for my drink and the tip for the table on my ticket. Everything was nice until we got ready to leave.
We were approached outside of the restaurant by a waitress (not even our waitress) inquiring about the reason we didn’t “leave a tip”; she said we’d written a tip and scratched it out on our ticket, completely untrue. I went back into the restaurant, requested our tickets and explained that the tip was left on my ticket to the manager. As the manager and I were talking, the waitress was interrupting, still trying to plead her case! The manager advised she didn’t know we were followed and that it would be addressed with the waitress.
I’ve never experienced such level of unprofessionalism in my life. Needless to say, I will NEVER patronize this restaurant again. Birthday dinner ruined.

I had sweet potato casserole, it smelled so spoiled and tasted spoiled as well and they refused to exchange it or take them off my ticket because the chef said “they were good” and also the owner. Also, the server was rude & could not handle a large party. The food is definitely OVER PRICED for the small portions that they give you.

We came in from out of town. We remember the original Monroe's Steakhouse. The atmosphere and food is not the same. The dining area is in the original cock tail lounge area. The noise levels were high. The food was not as good as the old Monroe's. However, the Mudd Pie was great! The service was good; however, our waitress was chewing gum the whole time she waited on our table.

We had a party of 7 today. From the second we walked in we enjoyed the hospitality and atmosphere. Teddy was our server and he was amazing. The chef came to our table and answered our menu questions and made sure we enjoyed our food. The capresse salad, and steak was excellent.
Our whole table was blown away with the quality and flavor of everything ordered.
