I want to give a shoutout to Nothing Bundt Cake in Monroe. I went to pick up my cake and it wasn’t ready yet. They told me that I could wait in my car and they’d just bring it out. We were in no hurry as the cake wasn’t needed today. 15 minutes later a sweet employee came out with my cake and a box of mini Bundt cakes free of charge as an apology. She told me that my cake bow fell on the floor and she refused to put it on my cake and remade it. Excellent customer service!
Absolutely phenomenal from the moment I walked in. Andrea and Kaydence were incredibly polite and helpful. And, of course, the cakes are fantastic!
