Confused staff and management, policies for punch card/ app are inconsistent based off my two visits within this month. It is highly recommended to inform ALL team members of the details of policies implemented in order to better serve customers and avoid further easily avoidable mistakes.

I always love this place only problem I had was in Monroe I told the woman I had a long drive back home and the brown bags don’t hold the cakes that good they tend to slide and I just ask for regular plastic wrap no bows or nun she didn’t even want to do that and I spent plenty on those cakes!

It is always quiet when I go in. The cashier is always friendly and helpful. The cakes are very moist and yummy. They are not allowed to give forks.

Usually I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase and I just love the cakes. However, this time I ordered online and had someone pickup my order on yesterday 12/17/24 and I ordered 4 bundtlets but only received 3. I called once I received my order and was told that I could come pickup the forgotten item which would be fine but I live 1 hour 30 minutes away lol. Plus, apparently I wanted them too badly because each one I've eaten seems to be undercooked and not tasting like my usual at all. In fact, they are very doughy. I have truly never had a bad bundt cake. Not their best this time!

It was super clean & smelled absolutely amazing! I spent Thanksgiving with my son in Arlington, TX & he took me there to prove to me what he'd been saying all along about their dessert, the small Bundt cakes! Guys I love them & I was so happy to find out that I live close to one of the stores! I've already put my order in for Christmas 🎄🎁 If you haven't tried them yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING ON 😋🤗 ENJOY 😉
I am glad they arrived in this area! I used to always visit their Texas locations and love this spot! I love the lemon raspberry Bundt cake! They have other equally delicious flavors also! It's always clean and lovely fresh cake scents!!
