I received the red velvet Christmas bundt cake as a gift. The taste was delicious and moist. Decorated so cute and festive. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer in the future.
Very nice bakery! The cakes are delicious. The employees are professional. They all wear smiles. I went in yesterday very close to closing time and they let me order. I will be coming back again.

Love the lemon and all the other flavors I tried, but the carrot cake. If you like spice cake it's good. It's not a carrot cake in the traditional sense. Others are very good.
It’s smells like love in this place lol. So many to choose from I’m a Red Velvet girl so out of many I get, a red velvet will always be my much have! Customer Service always 10/10, definitely go at least twice a week lol. They even have the cutest gift sets ? for reasonable prices too.

I did an online order last night to be picked up today! The two ladies working the front desk at 10:30 this morning (12/29/22) were phenomenal! One of the sweet lady’s name was Kierstyn and I didn’t catch the other lady’s name. They offered to take my cakes to my car and when I declined they happily opened the front door since my hands were full! My 8 inch Bundt cake was wrapped in cellophane with a bow and tag so it would make the perfect gift for someone or for any celebration. Or, do like me and order one for you and your co-workers to enjoy just because! I can’t wait to go back ?

When I entered there was a white lady and a black lady being tended to. So I politely waited in line. As the black cashier proceeded to the back to get the white lady order, she started browsing around. Chelsea approached her even though she knew she was being waited on. She said I’m being helped. The cashier went to the back to get my order. She said oh ok. Another white lady enters and Chelsea went to the white lady and left me standing. The white lady told Chelsea, I just walked in, this young lady was here before me. In which Chelsea already knew this!!!!! Wow! I’ve never been racially profiled in my life!!!!! I am highly ticked off at the service I’ve received on today, and this is coming from a person who loves this company. Never have I received this treatment in Shreveport. The cakes itself are good, but Chelsea is NOT!
