Papi Locos is my favorite place in Monroe for tacos, no question. Their Taco Tuesday $2 tacos are a steal, and the chicken tacos are always amazing. The chorizo queso is a must, and the hibiscus water is so good too. The owner is also incredibly kind and makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend!
Slow service, shredded chicken was tender but no flavor, beans and rice were good. Shrimp was overcooked. I did not like the margarita and it is way too expensive for the size. Music was loud.
VERY CLEAN place with REALLY great food and REALLY good people.
