Great place to get street tacos. Just go pick it up lol. My dasher stole most of my order. The restaurant was gonna replace it all for free but i decided to wait on hold with doordash for 45 mins to get them to cover it. Local restaurants shouldn't pay for corporate greed.

I haven't had a good quesadilla since moving back to Monroe a few years ago. All are lacking in the queso part. Anyway, I decided to try one from Papi Loco - the Parita quesadilla. It was excellent! Plenty of cheese and it had definitely been on a grill, flat top, or in a cast iron or something. The tortilla was nice & brown. Oh, heaven!

Great people, great food, and a great business neighbor. Chicken and chorizo Happy plate ordered with tortilla shells, a side of queso cheese, and a Mexican coke will change your life!

I had a wonderful time at Papi Loco! The service was great (Angie B ?)! Our favorite tacos were the fish and birria. The loco shrimp was awesome too. I loved how sweet my strawberry margarita was. It wasn't super expensive either especially considering the chips, salsa, and sauces are complimentary. I'm not from Monroe but will definitely return when possible and will recommend to my Monroe friends.

Papi Loco Taco Shop is a great place for a quick bite or you can take your time and order an appetizer and drinks. The food is delicious, hot, and fast. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat. I will be back with more friends.
