Used to be really good , but it has gone hill significantly and just continues to get worse. Ordered to go tonight for the first time. I picked it up myself, and they forgot to include an entire meal from the order, forgot the rolls for each meal, and the chocolate pie was completely soured. I had to throw it away. The fried fish and the cheesecake tasted nothing like they used to. Only ate a few bites. Also, the workers inside have a bad attitude. It has gotten quite expensive, as well. Won't go back.

Nothing more consistent than Piccadilly! Like stepping back in the 70s! Don't mess with success.
The food is good but the line service is not what it used to be due to most of the employees being either rude or just not hardly even acknowledging you other than handing you what you order. If you are that miserable with your job, you shouldn't work with the public. Piccadilly's not what it used to be, even a few years ago. I will say that the cashiers and the wait staff are all really friendly.
