Wife tried calling the store that's 3min away from the house and they told her they could not deliver to our address, the whole time they seems to be acting like they couldn't comprehend how to take an order. I call back and give them my address and then they can all of the sudden put the order in the system after a manager was brought over, handed the phone to my wife and he was acting like he couldn't hear her. We wanted two pizzas which I heard the manager confirm on the phone. When the order got to our house my wife was handed 1 pizza. At one point the manager kept saying my wife wanted tea instead of a cheese pizza. Awful experience should have gone to the one literally 5 more minutes away. Will not make the same mistake again.

I had ordered online and realized as I was pulling up to the window that I ordered from the wrong location. Being the noon lunch hour and only 25 minutes before I had to be somewhere, I thought I was doomed to starve. The young guy at the window saved the day for me! Not only did he somehow have food in my hand less than 15min later, he personally made it while simultaneously helping each of the 4 other customers that came to the window. That kid had a great attitude and fantastic customer service, and the food was delicious, AND saved me from a hangry hulk-out!
We will no longer go to this location or West Monroe. If you're wondering why they won't answer the phone it's because they're standing right beside it.

Food is always good, delivery time is absolutely horrible though. It take 30+ minutes more than the listed delivery time to arrive.
