I had food delivered from Portico to a family. I am located in Shreveport so I am not that familiar with the area. I contacted them and they delivered! The food and service was perfect.

I ate there last night everything was bad she charge my card twice because she made an mistake instead of telling me she void my card and recard my again and the pasta we ate the put some cut chicken breast on it which made it so dry we didn't enjoy it just made my night bad and it wasn't busy we were the only table in there .I need some one to call me asap thank you

The service from my waitress, her name was Mayli, was absolutely amazing! I love the ambiance of the bar side area of the restaurant. The music is good, and you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.

The place was virtually empty on a Tuesday evening, but there was nobody ready to greet us when we arrived. We seated ourselves, as we were invited to by the board at the host station, and once seated we deliberately made enough noise for someone to notice we were there. When the server arrived she was friendly and nice. She took our drink order (for three people) and got two of them wrong. She took our appetizer order and when she delivered it, said she would come back with more napkins. She never did. My daughter eventually went and got them herself. When taking our food order she struggled to understand how to make a substituion my husband asked for. She eventually delivered our food inaccurately and when she later realized her mistake, she tried to blame my daughter. When she offered to bring another salad, which was one of two side items that came with my meal, I told her I didnt want it because I had tasted it and it wasn't good. She did not offer another option, presumably because my husband ate part of the salad she had out in front of him. When my meal came which was now a steak and one side, I couldnt eat the steak. I ate most of the 4 oz of mac and cheese because I was hungry, but the steak tasted like they had poured A1 over it on the grill which ruined it for me. My daughter had asked for wings "well done, as an entree not an appetizer" and they were inedble as well. Not well done, and presumably cooked with our other appetizer but served with our entrees. She said they had clearly "been sitting". My husband said his cajun chicken pasta was ok but what they said were "crab cakes" weren't. And what they were was "horrid". We spent over $100 including tip, and two out of three of us went home hungry. The only part we all agreed was good was the 'dillas appetizer. We chose Portico in part because we had liked it the last time we were there, but apparently that was a long time ago and we shouldve quit while we were ahead.

Just save your time. My family & I came in on a Tuesday night with hardly anyone else in the restaurant. Sat ourselves, every single thing we asked for came out wrong, in the wrong order, served to the wrong person, ordering was hard. The servers working (or not really working) were simply unprofessional.I feel sick to my stomach not even an hour later after eating the wings I ordered well done that were red in the middle.I’m more than disappointed.

My hubby & I go inside to buy a late lunch. It was around 2pm. We chose a booth. We waited & waited for someone to take our order. We looked at the flip board on the table, trying to decide what to buy. We sat there twitling our thumbs. There was another couple in two booths over. Still no waitresses to be seen. We looked at each other & got up & walked out! We will never go back inside.

I walk in and sit at the bar. The bartender looked at me and walked to the back of the restaurant. She comes back and starts with a conversation with I'm guessing is her friend. The friend looks at me and then back at her. The friend tells the bartender I think he's ready to order. I have to ask her for a menu which she slowly brings. I ask for a drink and she says ok as she continues her conversation. The friend she was talking to looks shocked that the bartender was purposely ignoring me. Finally I say nevermind have a nice day. I call back to talk to the manager and guess who's the manager...yep the same bartender that ignored me. I hope she's not the owner cause you can tell she does this regularly.

Went for brunch. Arrived at the perfect moment. Bloody Mary was good. Wish there were more brunch items that weren't eggs. Makes me miss their buffet. Ended up with the crab cakes. Normally they are really good, but this day they were quite fishy tasting. Not enjoyable at all. Service was great, as was the atmosphere. My friends dining with me loved the breakfast pizza and other items they ordered. We will be back.

Went here last night 12/19/23 and we had a great time. We were out on the patio, the heaters kept us warm that I was hot, lol! It's clean out there. Our waitress was awesome it was ten of us. The drinks were drinking, lol! We enjoyed the food and appetizers.

Owner was very rude and unprofessional. Owner obviously does not value customer service. Food came out wrong, waitress admitted that she had made a mistake on our order. Owner came to the table and refused to have the meal corrected, made fresh nor would he agree to heat the food up; this was a very weird and unpleasant experience. Owner also appeared to be under the influence.
