The Monroe location is such a disappointment. I love cane, but the Monroe location always disappoints. Today I paid for 3 finger combo and got two fingers. Like yall can’t even count out the right amount of food? Plus the tea just tastes like unfiltered Monroe city tap water. 🤢😔

It's okay. What you would expect. It's loud and the food is adequate but not exceptional. There are better chicken places in Monroe and you would be well served to check out one of them.

Stopped by in the middle of a lunch rush because I've been traveling back and forth from the hospital to care for my terminally ill father to my house to care for my terminally ill child. Life has trued to beat me down lately, but Cane's in Monroe was a happy spot today. To see everyone smiling, hustling food out, being kind and working hard. It blessed me and I will always stop here whenever I can!

Ice machine was out tables where filthy drink area was dirty and sticky, my tenders was so tiny like they had split the the tender to get 2 out of it

There is never a reason for Raising Cane's not to be served hot. Especially after waiting in a line that was to the street. I'm so disappointed to have spent $33 on food that's not hot. Fries should be cooked to order. The cup holder I was given wasn't put together securely and all of my drinks wasted. I expect better quality from Cane's

The food is great. The service is great. The location has horrific access. The line will make you change your mind about going at all. But if you're willing to wait for what seems like eternity, you will get great food and service in the end.
