Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The music was way too loud. They Messed up our order and gave us somebody else's order.And instead of giving us the amount of food we ordered from that order , they took the entire thing back and threw it away and made us wait for our order. It was a ridiculous waste of food. No one was sensory issues could go in there because a music was so loud like a nightclub

I was really impressed by how friendly and outgoing the employees at this location where!

Highly recommend. Check your order before you leave though

Today at lunch time my daughter was treated poorly by one of the mangers Tangela.My minor child has level 2 autism. Tangela offered the child a raising Cane's toy then proceeded to snatch and hand it to the child multiple times harassing the child. Unprofessional, embarrassing, this minor at this time is still upset. The minor comes to canes multiple times a week and is afraid to come back to one of her favorite places. This was done in the public for other customers to witness. The minor cried sitting in the lobby eating her food. Currently the child is still upset to the point I called off work to be with her for comfort.The child has loved Cane's for as long as her memories have existed the food has always been fresh and the customer service has always been amazing. it's disheartening for her to have such a horrible experience from a complete stranger which is a manager and supposed to be the face of the location and promote positive experiences. No one should ever have that level of comfort and confidence to treat a child that way. I've sent certified correspondence to corporate in baton rouge. Hopefully this is addressed

I am giving this place 5 stars all the way around. You cannot get better chicken, the staff is polite and the area is always clean. Friendly staff, family atmosphere, and awesome food.. can't get much better! Highly recommend!

What's the deal the caniac runs 18.41 after tax and you get half the meal the strip are cut in half orderd sweet tea its been water down its sad almost 20 bucks and still ain't full and had to throw my tea away
