I've never been inside until Nov 27 and it's quaint , just enough room for 15 people but we had placed our order To go so it was nice to sit in the warmth until order was ready. I normally just walk up to window and place my order and wait in my vehicle but my daughter in-law was with me, I'm glad we went in , The cooks and staff were awesome and our food was delish 🫶🏻 Keep doing what you do Rays Pege & Happy Holidays 🎄🥂

It was my first time and last time the grease was old, the food had no tastes. I’m from New Orleans and they didn’t come near our cooking the shrimp poorboy and French fries was trash I wouldn’t tell anybody about this place. Sorry but you get an F

Rays Peges is one of the best to eat in Monroe! Their food is very good but the service is one of the best. the lady with the gray hair gets you a drink refill every 5 minutes, service is awesome and food is always hot and ready. Drinks are always properly mixed, always taste good. 5 Stars for sure!

The food seems to get worse every time we come. I ordered the open face and the kids got hamburgers. The hamburger patties were thick and dry. They looked and tasted like a cheap frozen hamburger patty. The price for our meal was sixty bucks. I don’t mind paying that but I expect a little better quality. The kids only had a few bites then I had too cook them some chicken nuggets because the hamburger patties where so dry.

It's one of my fav spots to visit when I want a good po boy or sandwich. The fish sandwich is always a hit with me. I highly recommend .

I haven’t had Ray’s PeGe in years. I thought while I was in town visiting I would have a roast beef sandwich. First thing I noticed was it was extremely cold & I did not have my gravy!! I called & asked did it still come with the food or you had to purchase it separately. She said the gravy comes with it. I proceeded to tell her my sandwich & French fries was cold. She immediately went to yelling, screaming and being the ghetto ***** that she is. The manager got on the phone and she is just as illiterate as the ghetto person that answered the phone. Stay away from this place it’s nothing like it use to be!!!

I had the half order of the Open Faced Burger w/gravy and fries. Not embarrassed to say that I dug into that delicious gravy with those homemade fries and lost all table manners. I did use a fork to eat the burger and it was perfectly cooked and smothered with onions and that beautiful gravy. All together, a meal to satisfy your taste buds all while showing your stomach some love.
