This Red Lobsters in Monroe is amazing. First let me talk about Mekayah she's a great waitress. She's very attentive and she has great customer service. I love her presence when I come to this location, Mekayah gets a A+ from me. The area is nice and it's right by The Pecanland Mall. Keep up the good work Red Lobster!!

The negative energy effected the flow of the restaurant completely. The service was short handed and was working with two hands on but too much responsibility for their position. The food was not all that good. I had to seat myself and just cross my fingers 🤞 for a server to see me. I must have waited about 10 mins for someone to come before seating myself. The food was not hot. It was cold. I paid full price for the meal but felt like I shouldn't have paid for nothing but a tip for the server who you could tell was trying her best.

When I tell you this is the best red lobster I've been to, it is. Let me start off the food. I always get salmon and broccoli with orzo rice, man it's delicious! The service Alexis she's the boom, I love her conversation and presentation. The atmosphere is A one. The music is always on point and a great selection. Now let me tell you have the manager Kandice she's so beautiful inside and out. Everytime I go there I hope to see her, she's my favorite. I love this Red Lobster it's my lounge.
