Service was slow. I feel like they need more staff or a better game plan because one person was serving the food and checking everyone out. The food was great but… there was a roach in the forks. The forks were not in a wrapper so, me and the other lady who saw had to go to a different establishment for utensils.. the forks were directly by the food so, it kind of made my stomach then thinking there were roaches on the food..

Love love somero's food the only bad point I would have is when I ordered they did not give me the breadsticks I ordered or the garlic butter dipping sauce which was something I wanted very much I live so far away it was too hard to go back and get the sauce so I just had to go

NEVER EVER USE THIS LOCATION. WORST SERVICE EVER. Using DoorDash, we twice tried to get Sbarro. Twice we got a delivery for which we had paid, twice it was not what we had ordered and paid for. So now we have paid for food that we didn't get and received instead food that we didn't want. DoorDash + Sbarro = SERVICE THAT IS AN ABOMINATION UNTO ALMIGHTY GOD. NEVER AGAIN!

When I went in the girl at the counter Cheyenne was sweet and friendly. She made suggestions on what to get to eat. The food was hot and fresh and will definitely be back.

Just got my pizza delivered. Had breadsticks that should have included marinara or their sauce. It did not after I specifically ordered breadsticks for the sauce. What a let down. Ugh

I eat at sbarro in the pecanland mall at least once a week. The staff are always friendly and they always remember exactly what I want to order. The food is always hot and delicious, I honestly haven’t had a single bad experience. Keep up the good work yall!!
