Always super slow! Sat for 30 minutes today and they made a cheeseburger instead of a BLT and told them they gave me the wrong order and have been sitting another 20 minutes waiting for a BLT

Never have normal, regularly ordered items and don’t refund you when they have to replace things, even though what they give you costs less than what you payed. There have been times where they’ve gotten an extra 5-10 dollars out of me because of add ons and they never refund me

Sometimes the food comes quick and exactly what you ordered, other times it’s not what you ordered or the wrong size or missing items. Go spend your money somewhere else.

Not sure what has happened but this location has horribly plummeted. I don’t usually leave reviews but the location of this sonic needs some serious guidance and quick. I understand unexpected things happen, but the most you can do is explain the issue and ask how we would like to proceed moving forward. There’s no way a customer should have to wait 10 plus minutes just for NAPKINS just to drive to the drive through window and see a carhop leaning over on her phone!

WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THESE CHILDREN? Just sat for 20 minutes. Pressed the red button. Got immediately answered and hung up on. Again. Same thing. Proceeded to watch this happen to multiple other cars who got pissed off and left. Finally, I get tired of waiting and go through the drive thru. As Im trying to ask why nobody was answering the stall, I get cut off and rudely asked what I want. These young kids have no respect and apparently no manager either.
