I do not like giving bad reviews...I came in and ordered 2 meals both large meals with large drinks....they got my food wrong when I stated that it was wrong I was told.it was rung in wrong...asked to speak to a manager and when she came out she was rude...this is not the first time that I have had a problem with this location however a manager being rude to a customer is absolutely unacceptable...managers need to do better that is why they are put into that role...

So veryyy disappointed with this location. It was the day before Thanksgiving and we were on our way home, we decided to stop by sonic to grab a burger and fries. When we first arrived, everything was pleasant then it took a turn. Two associates came out and asked us if we were parked in spot 14, after telling them that we had been in the same spot for the past 10 to 15 minutes they asked us if we had moved spots and were originally in spot 14. We then proceeded to tell them once again that we had not moved so they went inside with a bag of food. After waiting for another five minutes, we pressed the button and found out that our order had not been made and we had to wait again for the order to be ready. When the lady came out to talk to us, she told us that they had canceled our order and it had to be remade. Once again, we had not moved spots. We were in the same spot that we were in when we arrived for at least 20 minutes. After they remade the food, the same lady came out to the car and told us the total. I refused to pay full price since we had already been waiting for our food for over 20 minutes. She told us that she spoke with the manager and the manager Did not want to accommodate our request for a discount or a refund. Keep in mind that the two times that the lady did come out to the car she came out with a bag of food once already. We proceeded to tell her that we would like to speak with the manager. After waiting for another 2 to 3 minutes, the manager came out to the car with a bag of food and heard our case, and what happened. Hetold us that he was unable to honor our request for a refund or discount even though he understood the situation. We do not live here and and are in town visiting family. The service that we received at this location was terrible and I do not recommend it. Please do better by your customers! This is unacceptable and I know that this location’s response to our situation was no fault of Sonic overall.

I am beyond frustrated with the service at this Sonic location. I placed an online order and arrived at 10:49 PM, well before their posted closing time of 11 PM. When I got there, the staff refused to make my food, telling me they shut everything down at 10:30 PM.

The employee (not a manager) told me they shut down early but didn’t know why the app showed they closed at 11 PM. It sounded like shutting down early was just standard practice at this location. When I spoke to the manager, he claimed the cook walked out, which seemed like a lame excuse.

What made this even worse was that I wasn’t given a refund right away and was told I’d have to go through the app for that, which is completely inconvenient. I was already dealing with other frustrating things today, and this was just the icing on the cake.

This isn’t the first time this location has closed early, and if 10:30 PM is their real closing time, Sonic needs to update their hours and the app. It’s unacceptable to pay for food, show up before closing time, and then be left without any resolution or refund on the spot. I hope corporate steps in and addresses this ongoing issue.

Parking: You’re basically playing parking spot roulette when you stop here. None of their machines work when you pull up and press the button to order or check in. It’s been like this for like 3 years. Say something to y’all’s district manager or something. It shouldn’t take an act of god to get maintenance to ride out. Yall are in the south too so I guarantee there’s a cheap contractor around here that can reboot the operating system and update the ui in your screens for cheap. These spots are running low ? another 3 years and I’ll be having to park at the post office and knockin on the drive thru window to order my coke ?

I love their cold brew coffee....but it's a different price everyday....and its about $5...and all of a sudden it's beeb sour like 4 times in a week and half to where me and my coworker have to pour the whole thing out....so now we go to daily press....cuz u just never. Know and I don have time in the morning to sit and wait to make fot non sour coffee...idk what they have been doing if it's someone different making It...but it's very disappointing it's expensive and so good when made right...its nit just this sonic...so please look into make yalls delicious vanilla cold brew right...and so it dont sour..thanks! Train ur employees on hiw to make the coffee and it not be sour....cuz just one sip gives u a horrible taste in ur mouth for hours...thanks...I love ur cold brew...

Poor customer service. In of the shakes we ordered was wrong. When we asked about it the server said it’s because the flavor was still on the mixer when they mixed ours. Letting us know they don’t wash or even rinse the mixer between orders. Didn’t offer to remake the shake. Also both of our shakes had the red stain of a cherry was on there but no cherry was there, like someone took it off.
