So I work in the Starbucks located in the Target just across the parking lot, I've been here a handful of times on my break. The staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY. It doesn't even matter if my food takes extra time (Although this recent time I went it was as SOON as I pulled up for my mobile order) I know stores/staff members can't help if they are understaffed or super busy, but its always nice to see a smile on their faces which never goes unnoticed. I could be having the worst day at my job, but this location never fails to make it better. THANK YOU SONIC STAFF & TEAM MEMBERS AT THIS STORE. Come train some of our members here on customer service skills! 😭🙌🏻

Took lil nephew to this sonic. The nice lady worker came out and brought him a toy while seeing us struggling to keep the lil guy entertained while waiting for our food. Now he’s got a new favorite toy- foldable corn dog spoon!

Update: customer service was almost worse than the store employees themselves. The hmmmm, uh huh, sure, sure! I'll give you a Route 44 free WITH PURCHASE!? Nope that's not going to do it considering i had to stop at another store to again purchase food that I had already paid for once and did not get!

This is the worst Sonic location in town. It was for the last 3 years I lived here, I’ve been gone 3 years, and it’s apparently still the slowest, most unresponsive one. Literally because no one even answers the drive thru when there’s no line and only like 5 customers total.. idk if y’all need to be paid more or a better boss or what but someone fix it ?
