Ordered and waited 45 min for chill cheese tots was told they were fresh cause of the wait. Tots were burnt no chill on them. Sonic on 165 N right past Goldman Roofing is horrible. Mrs Clark runs a sloppy establishment.

The food is good but the service is questionable. They either don't listen or they can't hear too well. You never know what you're going to get, even if it's correct on the screen.

I asked a question about a combo to the employee and he got the manager and I asked her and she hung up the speaker in my face while I was still ordering and then I called back and once she heard it was me she hung up again I just drove off cause I was in fear she would spit in my food this occurred on September 11th at 3:30pm. Just ghetto

Fries were cold and hard and smelled like old grease! Couldnt eat them. The sandwich was perfect. Not having the fries ruined my wholw meal.

Absolutely horrible experience. I paid for two shakes LAST NIGHT around 10 o clock. When I get there, THEY ARE CLOSED ALL LIGHTS OFF NO CARS. I call the manager today and she said she would write my name down so I could come get my order. WHEN I GET THERE THEY REFUSE TO MAKE MY ORDER AND MAKE ME WAIT AN HOUR AND 15 MINITES JUST FOR TWO SHAKES. Then when I asked for the operating partner number they refuse to give it to me. And their excuse is short staff issues. I’ve been working in food since I was 17 and let me tell you that’s almost all restaurants. So at least come up with a better excuse.
