The staff at this Sonic location are definitely unfriendly, and pretty downright rude!!! I had to repeat a question through the speaker as I thought they didn’t hear me. Then the employee “yelled” back the answer as if I was disturbing her. When the carhop brought my order, I thanked her and tipped her over 18%, without her saying one word!! That’s right….no thank you, appreciate you, come back and see us, etc.The owner or manager needs to counsel their staff on manners, respect, decency, etc. This Sonic location already has a poor review score, and if management doesn’t correct this problem, I can foresee major business problems in the near future!!

I moved here 5 years ago and this was by far the best Sonic in the area! The last three times I have been there, I pissed my money away! They don’t know the difference between bacon and sausage! They can’t cook a corn dog! It’s PATHETIC! I don’t know if they have new management or what happened but it went to bell really quick!

I ordered the mini ice cream thing in the app and asked and paid for extra chocolate. There was hardly any chocolate. It took a long time to fix that and a large drink. They didn't seem to be all that busy. Was hoping for a better experience from an out of my town Sonic. Such was not the case.
