I was sitting in the drive thru and the employee had bought my order out and they tipped the cup holder over and the order had emptied out all over me and they was rude and when you call the store they never want to answer the phone and this isn’t the first time they do this and plus they don’t want to clean their coke machines so when you order a drink from there it always taste like meldew

I dont know what has happened but this is now the worst Sonic in north Louisiana. The food is always not hot, not done or cold. They never get a order right and look at you like your stupid if you ask for it to be fixed. And dont get me started on app orders.

On several different occasions, my family and I have had a horrible experience here. They never get our order right, or, more commonly, do not bring our order out at all. On top of this, we often have to wait upwards of 30 minutes for our food or drinks. Regardless of the rare good experience, this Sonic has overall proved to be frustrating and underwhelming in its service.

Blasts are tasty here but the service in the drive thru is abysmal. Waiting so long that 6 cars behind me left. If you feel like it’s worth a long wait then come get some good sonic food, it might be faster to park and order sometimes.
