The team is nice, kind of quiet, and not as high energy as other similar tea locations in town. A lot of people like the quieter feel, especially in the mornings. They swirl / mix their teas before serving them. To me, this takes a little away from it. They have a really great selection, though, and I can't get enough of Grey's, Jessie's Girl, and Steel Magnolia.

Walked in the girls working the counter didn’t greet me with a “Hi” or say anything or make eye contact. I waited and after not being acknowledged I left. Way better places in the area with nice employees that I’ll give my business to.
