I come here almost everyday and this is the first time I’ve had a bad coffee. I mobile ordered a hot coffee & sandwich— the sandwich was ready when I arrived, grabbed it and then was handed my coffee..which was cold. I’m not even really sure it’s what I ordered.

This is an amazing amazing Starbucks the leadership is amazing. The management is amazing and on the store level the manager is amazing. They don’t tolerate people that create drama. They don’t tolerate people that pull other people‘s leg and make others feel uncomfortable. They don’t tolerate bullies they don’t tolerate people that are unkind or disrespectful or joke around and make others feel uncomfortable. They are really big on making sure all employees feel safe comfortable and are treated with respect and kindness, regardless of their background, they appreciate people from all backgrounds given their all sorts of ages, races, age, gender and background they appreciate and treat everyone very much equally and make sure that no one makes anyone feel unwelcome or harasses or makes anyone feel unwelcome or is unfriendly to anyone I really appreciate that. There is the same with customers as well that it doesn’t matter if it’s just older white people that are Appreciated. They make sure that everyone that sits in their store is treated equally and with love and respect and is given fair treatment they don’t try to escalate things or make things weird for people of color or for people of a certain age or race or demographic or gender. They are always equal to everyone. They are really, really, really good with making sure that whether it’s a person from whatever race that they don’t make things weird for them and they don’t try to give them a hard time or they don’t try to make them feel uneasy or they don’t try to pull their leg or just kind of be awkward with them. They really really go a long mile to make sure everyone is treated the same and feels comfortable and feels like they belong and they definitely don’t make judgments and treat people differently based on the color of their skin that does not happen at all and thank you so much for that . they smile, or acknowledge people regardless of the skin color or their background or their look as long as they’re decent good people studying working or just relaxing with their family or loved ones or friends they’re nice to them and respectful to them, regardless of the race .THEY ALSO DO NOT AT ALL DO WEIRD THINGS LIKE CRANK UP THE AC AND AIR CONDITIONING ...AND and make it unbearable ...and incomfortable for customers to stay in...and dine in...that would be torcher...and doesn't seem like a customer friendly and welcoming thing to do....I appreciate this a lot about the leadership and management thank you so much for making this a safe welcoming awesome friendly place and thanks for the fast quick customer service and excellent orders you guys makethe manager of this place is amazing and so is the leadership and management that runs this place thank you so much.

I ordered two of the iced sugar cookie lattes and the barista didn’t put any of the sugar cookie syrup in either drink. We pretty much got a blonde espresso. Was very disappointed when I found out later.

Today I ordered a grande caramel ribbon crunch with an extra shot of espresso and guess what...no extra espresso. The drink was really distasteful. It actually taste of just milk and there was hardly any caramel. Which is very disappointing because I just visited the one on 165 yesterday they were great, my drink there was one of the absolute best I've ever had from Starbucks. 😩
The price of the coffee is outrageous on the price... recently I had to stop going to Starbucks and going to another place and theirs is actually better and way cheaper

I wanted something similar to brew7 blonde, coffee with Irish cream. The staff didn't even come close. I got an iced sweet cream, and the milk tasted bad. I wasted 5 bucks. I trashed it. The brew7 opens July 7th, go there instead.
