Takes way too long to get your coffee. Slowest starbucks ever. They opened 1-1/2 late 2 people working only one person taking orders and making coffee. Absolutely ridiculous.

The managers only care about cleaning when an inspector is coming, they make the baristas train the new ppl without even telling them, they don't follow customer requests and make excuses as to why they can't do it (even tho every other sbux I've been to has complied), they're always understaffed, the tables are always dirty, garbage always overflowing on the weekends. Can't wait to see this place close down

As I was traveling out of state and not familiar with the area, I missed my turn and walked over to Starbucks, which was conveniently located one business away, to get a coffee. However, upon arrival, I found that the lobby was closed at 2 pm, so I proceeded to the drive-through. Unfortunately, the lady at the drive-through window saw me but did not acknowledge me or provide any information regarding whether they could take my order.

This is probably the fifth time this is happened so I’m taking the time to leave a review. This is the worst Starbucks in existence. They will have signs were featured drinks then never have ingredients to make them today. They’re out of lemonade, espresso, and caramel. I’m sure they are out of other stuff that just happened to be ingredients in ones I was trying to order, and they kept telling me they couldn’t make it. Every time you try to get a drink here they are out of at least the first two drinks you have they never have anything in the case as far as food goes extremely poor management.
