Customer service was great and the drink tasted alright, but it wasn’t made right. I should’ve trusted my instincts to get a refund the first time because I didn’t like the way it tasted or looked, but I ended up letting them remake it. I’ve had an upset stomach and feel sick ever since I drunk it this morning. I ordered a Dubai chocolate inspired drink today and I have ordered it before from a different location, it tasted and looked different. Not sure what happened this time.

My favorite Starbucks location! No matter what city/state I’m in, no location will ever compare to the 165 crew!! From the drinks, food, atmosphere, and customer service.. these guys are top tier. I’ve been a daily customer since they opened. The evening shift have became like family! Corey and Andrew are by far the best of the best and are willing to fix any and all issues with a smile on their face. Best shaken espresso anywhere! This location deserves all the praise and gratitude!!

The food is always fresh and tasteful. However, the wait here is ridiculous especially if you've ordered on the mobile app. I don't know, maybe they get too busy and forget to check their Mobile orders. I placed an order at 12:04 for 3 items. It said my order would be ready in no more than 10 mins. I walled in at 12:15. Sure I expected to have to wait just a few more mins maybe. I ended up waiting 30 full mins before I even got just 1 item and waited another 5-10 mins. There were also 2 others that were waiting for an extensive amount of time for Mobile orders. This needs to be rectified.

Wayy and I mean WAYYYYYYYYY better than the one at target, these people know what they're doing 10/10 highly reccomend!!!!
Got off the Hwy to come to this store with mobile order. Arrived 10 mins later order was not ready. Fine no problem to wait. Another 15 mins before order came no problem until I tasted the drink. Drink was absolutely the wrong drink and was still waiting on pastry when I got it. Couldnt wait any longer cause was traveling. Addressed issue with manager and asked for refund. He gave refund quickly and offered the drink for free but didn't matter since it was the wrong drink. Service could be faster and orders should be checked for accuracy. Highly disappointed visited.

They were super busy and seemed to be having computer difficulties. The lobby was in need of cleaning but the staff were friendly and obviously doing they best they could at the time.
Parking: Small lot and can be difficult to park or exit if the drive-thru line is backed up.

Paid for a grande caramel ribbon crunch. It's all whipped cream at the bottom and top with a dollop of coffee in the middle. I have never seen so much whipped cream in a Frappuccino before.
