My client & I went to Subway today for lunch & it wasn’t a pleasant experience! We felt rushed, my order wasn’t right & the nasty looks didn’t help any! I had never been to this particular Subway, I only went because my client lived in that area! I will never go back to that restaurant, ever! It’s ridiculous that you spend your hard earned money in these restaurants & certain people make you feel as if you’re not good enough to be in their space! If you have a problem with certain kinds of people, maybe you shouldn’t work in a public store or restaurant!! You never know who God is going to use to be a blessing to you!! I pray that you guys change your ways before it’s too late!!

So I went in today. Customer service was pretty good but the bread was old and 15 dollars for one sandwich and bag of chips is ridiculous..

They've reduced the size of the meatballs. But they were still very good. The ingredients I wanted was very good

I always order the Italian foot long toasted through DoorDash and they never toast it.

I gave them an unexpired coupon to purchase a buy one footlong get one free that didn't have an exclusion for either sandwich. I was informed that my sandwiches didn't qualify based upon a list of theirs that was behind the register that could not be seen. I kindly left the sandwiches there.

We arrived late almost closing time. That didn't stop the employees from being friendly and patient. Even though my home is a few minutes away from this Subway. It was my first time stopping by there. I usually travel across town to the other subways. Being that this Subway sets back from the street. Between two other buildings which are closed while Subway stays open much later. The surrounding area isn't bright enough in my opinion. When I am alone I feel uncomfortable going there for safety reasons.

I used to come to this location all the time when i was younger and recently during this month of May but today 05/29/2023 I had the worse experience, the person behind the counter had an attitude because i wanted extra vegetables and my sandwich was smashed because I wanted that white piece of paper around my sandwich along with the logo paper. I honestly didn't think it was a big deal but I'm a paying customer and it's a piece of parchment paper to keep the amount of sauce they put on there from getting all over me. I understand that the company it'sself doesn't want to include the parchment but I as someone who is paying you money just asked if it could be kept around the sandwich so that I can have a sturdy hold when taking it out the bag. I normally don't have an issue with this location, but as someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years and understands that the customer is not always right but to smush my sandwich over a piece of paper is asinine. I tried to make light of the situation and laugh and giggle with the woman but she just seemed so irritated through out the whole process she made me feel severely uncomfortable to where if I see this person I will turn around and go to another location.
