BEWARE when placing TOGO orders. You may get it 30 minutes after or even an hour. Always someone different behind the counter struggling to keep up. God forbid they’re out of something, they’ll just toss your order to the side till you show up. Order said “ready by 6:05” I pull up at 6:30 and they haven’t even started my order.

It doesn't matter what time of day you come here. They are always understaffed and training someone new. Always out of bread, meats, etc. It's like a store manager doesn't even exist. All the lazy door dash people that place large orders don't help either.

The only reason this place is getting an amazing review is because of their girl, Megan. I really hope I spelled her name correctly. I placed an online order this morning & when I get there, this poor girl is BY HERSELF during lunch & is rocking it! She made my order right then (she's understandably behind) and was so apologetic. I kept reassuring her it was ok & tried to help her laugh & smile. Yall need to recognize this woman, she's new & by herself on a lunch shift during the week!! Thank you, Megan for the amazing service & sandwich!

Went today got a $5 nacho and the old lady was rude and she didn’t know how to dress it she charged us for extra cheese which she never put shredded or the Baja cheese on it we can tell she is new but this is the second time in the same week. She is very rude and I tried to call and get my money back but seems as if the phone is messed up. I asked about the cookies she said they were from last night very unprofessional. This store went completely down.
I placed an order 2/23/25.
I thought I hit delivery but apparently I didn't 😩 .anyways I called the store to notify them of the mix up. and no answer all day.and I called today no answer. how else can I reach out to them. besides going up there .what's a different number of how can I reach corporate??

No joke, the best experience I’ve had from a fast food restaurant in the last year. Albert and Maddie both had great attitudes and were very friendly the entire visit. Nowadays this kind of service is rare and I hope they are both compensated for their work ethics.

The bread was dry it made me and my friend throw up,I don’t recommend it,they was smoking and didn’t wash there hands, when they were making our food,they are just nasty DONT GO THERE.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt, got a bacon cheese ranch sandwhich with extra bread little to no chicken, wouldnt recommend unless you like extra bread

Food is always great but ordering online is pointless. I ordered ahead of peak times and still waited 30 minutes after the order says “ ready”.
There was a new lady working and she accidentally overcharged my boyfriends order. There was a massive woman working with her that was incredibly rude to her about her mistake. “I told you 13 times his order and you mess up. You cant even do nothing, move”. That lady didnt deserve that and its insanely embarrassing that you hire such entitled individuals.

I ordered 1 1/2 scoops of chicken. You put two tiny pieces of chicken on my sandwich. Learn to do things honestly and correctly. I do not owe you half of what I ordered.
