The best subway in Monroe hands down the most friendly and nice staff very attending food always fresh and on point they never miss anything 😋 clean store outside and inside their bar is always clean and stock up with fresh etc..

Been sitting in drive thru line for over 30 minutes waiting on an online order. This is ridiculous. There are workers so I'm not sure what the issue is but someone needs to manage lunch time better.

Worst pizza of my life, not good customer service, and I am not sure if it was a fire alarm, but it kept on ringing while I was having my pizza.
I've been to several subways in other areas, but this was the worst I have been to. If you are craving for pizza, it's really not a good place for you to go.
It was a very bad experience for me.

Always close early. Not the best customer service
Edit: I'm sorry you lost your husband, may God give you the strength and support you need in this time. However this was like the 5th time I've gone and they closed early. I'm sorry it had to be this time I ended up writing this review as this is a understandable reason to be close early.
