I ordered from here for the first time and my food was cold, didn't look like the picture, hot sauce was mild, and the food looked like my 6 year old put it together...never again will I order from this place nor others if they have others...I'm so discussed and disappointed because I really thought this experience would be different... I didn't even have tomatoes on it or whatever else that was supposed to be on it...just horrible 😕
I think other Mexican restaurants going to be my new choice

Absolutely, love. It it is so much better than Taco Bell. It doesn't mess my stomach up the way that taco bell does more bang for your buck

I check my food at certain places, but here I've never had to before because it's always been correct. Today I ordered my food and drinks, got to the window and no drinks were made or charged on my ticket. I paid a second ticket for drinks and left. When I got to the office, my chicken enchiladas with cheese sauce were actually beef enchiladas with red sauce and a pound of shredded cheese. The lady at the window said their headset/speaker cuts out all the time so they need to fix it if that's the issue and/or hire people who can read tickets.

About 50% of the time that i order a beef and bean burrito supreme, i don't get the tomatoes, lettuce or sour cream :(
Guys this is fast food so it is rated as the best Mexican fast food there is. Bandicoot salad, 7 layer dip, or the spicy combo burrito will do you well. If it is after 5 then stop by for grown up green ucy time.

The website has a way to contact but dont work. Online the chicken FAJITA salad is described as chicken grilled peppers on bed of letuce. The real Chicken Fajita salad is exactly the same as the OLD bandito salad. Beans, chicken, shredded lettuce, tomatoes sour cream and shell. Nothing Fajita about it. DISAPPOINTING.🫩
Please get some Real Salads---something.
