Went thru drive thru, when we got home order was wrong. Didn't want to drive back to correct so fed to puppy, she loved it.

Taking one drive thru order at a time, did not have any sauce. Ordered a quesadilla and was pretty much just a tortilla hardly any meat. The taco shells were really stale and again without any meat. The lady was rude and added the round up for charity without our permission.Also was a thirty minute wait for drive thru!

Ordered online . Ordered a box got the chalupa , bean burrito , and chips and cheese . Chips was not filled up . Chalupa wasn’t toasted .The lady on the intercom acted as if she wasn’t happy to be there nasty attitude once reached the window and they’re not friendly at all .

This Taco Bell was the nastiest place I have ever eaten!! The people working were very unfriendly to us!! The bathrooms were absolutely gross!! The tables were nasty, the food was cold! My main concern was how nasty it was!! We usually love Taco Bell! After today I never want to eat there again at Monroe, Louisiana! I give it ZERO STARS!!

Went to pick up a quick lunch for my crew. Paid about 50 dollars, and when I got back to the work site, realized they left out a whole box. I went back to TB to tell them, the cook came out and told me he’s the one who prepared the order and asked if I was sure, whole time I’m apologizing, and then they give me a bag. I get back to the job site, and it is not even what was ordered, let alone what I told them they left out. Lol, good thing there’s at least two Taco Bell’s in every city ?

They are stupid. Can’t listen, can’t manage to put the whole order in the bag. I been at the hospital with my 1 year old that has Covid just to not get food for her. Like I don’t understand. I worked fast food for years and it’s not that hard to read instructions

Taco Bell is our favorite but we need to hunt out the locations that give out fair portions and plenty of sauce. Many do not and we black list those locations. Unfortunately one on our blacklist is our hometown location in Columbia Mississippi. Terrible. Most others are much better.
