Food wasn't fresh and the order was wrong. Hopefully this lunch crew will improve. Maybe even take in consideration that if they were the customers instead, how would they want their food to be. Simply stating make each customer's order professionally with care.

Impromptu Family get together turned out so good! Good food, service, and casual atmosphere was perfect.
Everytime my fiance and I put in an app order, the employees always miss half the order. We always go back to get missing items but damn, it's every time we order something they always forget at least 4 items. If there was another taco bell closer we'd be going somewhere else but it's monroe..

The food was good. The building was extremely Smokey when I got there. Apparently something had happened. The service was extremely slow. So much so, I considered getting my money back and leaving. I ate in so I was able to see that the smoke got better, and the service also got better. Apparently, they were dealing with an issue when I came in.

This is the worse Taco Bell in the city of Monroe. The night on 10/24 manager looks has an attitude and is very unprofessional. I pull to the speaker to get food, which is between a brick wall and behind the building There's a man sitting at the speaker with a sign that says he's homeless. That's not the problem. Him being at the speaker while I'm trying to give my order is a problem. Then the cashier tells me to hold. So I pull up to the window for my own safety and the manager says there's nothing she can do about it and they don't take orders at the window but she will do it this time. She barely walked to the window and as she makes it clear she could care less because as I'm explaining why I drove up she's walking away. I ask the front cashier what the manager name was he was working with, he lied to my face and said he didn't know so he doesn't know the name of the manager he's working with? I asked for the store manager name. He doesn't know that either.
This place is NOT worth the stop at all.

Crunchy tacos were soggy and inseparable from the paper in which they were wrapped. Ordered 2 Dr Peppers, received 1 Dr Pepper and 1 root beer. Neither contained any ice. Mexican pizza was smashed at the bottom of the bag, and the top of it had to scraped off the cardboard container, which is exactly what it tasted like: cardboard covered in red sauce. There was lettuce at the bottom of the cinnamon twists. All in all, disgusting and a waste of money.
