I don’t normally write reviews, but I was really disappointed with my experience. The food looked carelessly made—I shouldn’t have to eat a taco with a fork. I also ordered large nacho fries and never received them. When I went to the counter, several employees looked at me but no one approached me. Eventually someone asked what I needed, I explained the situation, and I still didn’t receive the food I paid for.
I’ve never had an experience like this at Taco Bell. As a paying customer, I feel your employees should take much better care of the people they’re serving. That’s basic customer service. Please fix this.

Full remodel inside and outside is very clean and fresh with tons of white surfaces accented with gray and purple.
Stellar kitchen staff when it comes to preparing your order; but expect a large side of ATTITUDE from the kitchen from the cooks making your order.

Employees threw my desert in the bag where as my dessert should have been placed in the small pack that the cinnabons come in, the employees lacked empathy and showed emotion about how they treated my food. They were not even busy at the time. Please help them to understand that the business they are in requires 100 percent customer satisfaction.. and this experience tonight is giving one star.

The computer messed up understanding my order so I ordered a number on the menu and it just gave us the drink it wanted not the one we want. So I tried to clarify what flavor we wanted and ended up with 4 drinks..
It's been twenty something years since I attempted to eat at this place. Hopefully, I will remember that awful taste and quality of their food and never return.
