The Cookout was exceptionally good, it was during a lunch hour rush so it was a little bit of a wait. The food was definitely worth it! Will be back sooner rather than later!

I waited 25 minutes for my order to be taken because the cashier decided to stop in the middle of my order and take a phone order and then proceeded to hand out food to people that made it after I did. This was customer service at its worst!

First I wanna say as me and my family walk to the register to place our order we wasn't greeted ok but anyway I went on to place my order I ask cashier did they have Coke Zero she said yes so come to find out no Coke Zero then I get the coolaid it's a extra charge for that my daughter said she didn't want ice in her drink it was a charge for that we ask why charge for no ice the answer was cause he buys the coolaid out the store so you mean to tell me just cause a custome doesn't want ice in they coolaid it's a charge this was our first time going to this restaurant and most definitely our last

It’s a vibe in there. It’s kind of a hole in the wall type of feel that holds those amazing gems. The food smelled amazing and tasted even better! I was pleased with portion sizes for the price!

I ordered on the app, got a message that my food was ready. Over 30 minutes later, I was told they had to remake my chicken strips. Over an hour later of waiting for my food, I was told they were out of an item. Very disappointed in my first experience. I heard the food was great but sadly the customer service and promptness is not.

The food is good but the wait time is ridiculous. I waited for my food for about over an hour one time and it seem like anytime I have ordered anything it always take entirely to long even if it’ll tell me on the app that the food is ready.
