AMAZING customer service!!! I walked in to the Grand Prairie location today on a recommendation to try their wangz by my daughter. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. I had questions on different options which were explained in detail and with patience. 🥰 The two gentleman who were working there immediately began prepping my food as soon as my order was solidified. I was even notified as they were packaging my food through the entire process. They were also assisting by handing out Menus to approaching customers. This team is unmatched when it comes to customer service. From start to finish my food was prepared and ready to go in less than 10 mins. I had another 10 minute ride home and our food was still hot. I ordered the buffalo wings, lemon pepper wings, hot honey, and garlic Parmesan wings and they were all ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! We also ordered baked potatoes of chicken and shrimp and another with steak and sausage. Both fully customizable which we loved 😜 pricing is very reasonable, the same if we went anywhere else for a meal and given the portions it’s a win when you add in those flavor combinations. Thanks so much for the amazing food I door dashed lunch from here today for my twins and myself and it was so delicious ?…my twins are only 3 and they said momma this was the best?? food, it was more than enough for one portion here it is 5 o’clock and we are finishing the other half of our food ?
