I love the salad, Horrible experience due to this young lady ringing me up on 2 different registers because I was trying to redeem my reward points. (even though I asked if there would be a problem. She was sitting down behind the register and another worker had to tell her to get up and help me. Owner refused to give me the refund in hand today ( happened Saturday) Keeps saying it will be refunded. Said the girl did right. She should’ve voided out my transaction or gotten a manager to do it. I have all proof that I was double charged.
