The best spot for healthy eating in Monroe! The ingredients are always incredibly fresh and high-quality. I’ve enjoyed every visit, and their soup selection is consistently excellent. If you want a fresh, customizable meal that feels good to eat, you can't beat this place.

In most ways youre paying for a glorified salad bar. But if you know thats what youre paying for when you come, then you wont be surprised by what you find or how much it costs. Yet the radiant white, clean interior, well organized, fresh ingredients are alluring. I recommend sticking with the smaller bowl. While having less of a lettuce base, you'll still make a sizable salad with all ghe ingredients you want to make the flavor profile you love.

2026: When my relative from Chesapeake came to visit, I wanted to take him somewhere to enjoy a new dining experience. Being a military city, Chesapeake has so many local eateries, but it doesn't have a Salad Station, so I took him there. He loved it! An array of fresh vegetables, cheeses, meats, fruits, and dressings. The dining area and restroom were spic and span. And the staff was professional and so very kind, with the manager ending our trip with wishes for safe travels! Perfect!
2025: You move down the line: Sanitize hands. Get earth friendly bowl for salad, smaller bowl for fruit, and cup for dressing. Beautiful variety of greens. Expansive collection of veggies. Delectable choices of meats. Tasty and varied condiments. Dressings that accommodate a variety of tastes and needs. Everything fresh at every station!
A 90 degree turn and proceed in the opposite direction. Option to get salad chopped and wrapped. Hearty soup choices. Weigh sala Weigh fruit. Get cup for drink or maybe a tasty cookie...if you like. And pay. Get utensils and fill up drink cup. Smiles and help from staff at every point along the way.
Alone or with a companion, sit down and enjoy an excellent meal, tasty and nutrious, in a setting that is pretty, quiet, and comfortable. And if your eyes are larger than your stomach, pop on the bowl's lid, request a bag, and enjoy the rest of your salad later. Perfect!

The Salad Station is super clean and run by very nice folks.
This was my first time here and someone came up and walked me through the process. This is salad by the pound. There is a huge section of options think Jason's Deli size plus more. You walk through and build your salad with a required plastic glove on your building hand. I didn't go crazy and still came away with a $20 salad. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it, but it just wasn't a $20 salad to me. I had buffalo chicken as my protein and used jalapeno ranch as my dressing. It was great and I like places like this, I just don't like paying $20 for a decent sized salad. But in their defense, I probably would go back. It's a nice place!

Just to inform newbies... this establishment weigh your salad and soup for pricing... therefore if you are a salad lover like me (I didn't like the crawfish soup), you can easily spend 25 to 35 dollars on you alone. They do give Military discounts and you can taste if you need to🥰Those are definitely a plus for me. The restaurant is clean and the green and white gives you happy vibes... All in All they are a little pricey, yet great place to eat...I will DEFINITELY be returning❤️OH I Left out the lemonade, free crackers and they will chop your salad... ANYWAY JUST GO... YOU GONE LIKE IT ❤️
