“I went in for lunch on Thanksgiving ordered breakfast. Got coffee with it. Paid 3.00 for a cup of coffee. I had to ask for a refill got a half cup refill really your not Starbucks. The cooks forgot my side of biscuits and gravy. To top it all off I was asked to pay and tip before I ever received my order. I ate in. I don't mind paying for food or leaving a tip, however since I tip on service I felt this was unprofessional and should not happen. since when do you ask the customer to pay and tip before they are getting their food especially when dining in? Not too sure I would recommend it. Not sure if I would stop in again.“
“I’m 55 years old and this is literally the friendliest Waffle House I’ve ever been to in my life. More than one person greeted me when I walked in. They were all in a good mood. A couple of them were even singing along to songs on the sound system that was playing. And I got my food in about 5 minutes. AMAZING STAFF. Keep up the good work!“
