Very nice restaurant by the water. In restored warehouse. Also has patio over looking water. A piano player played music which was nice ambience, but easy to talk still. There are two tables well suited for large parties but most are for 3-4 or 2 as you would expect. Food is seafood dishes and steaks. Steak was cooked very nice. I may be biased though as this is where I proposed to my wife.

Warehouse #1 has great ambiance, and the servers are at the top of their game. I would love to sit on the patio, overlooking the Ouachita River, but it was a little chilly on this visit. I had fried green tomatoes & a bowl of crawfish étouffée. Both were quite tasty. The complimentary hush puppies are so light and crispy; the best! A bowl was too much; should have got a cup. Everything was lovely, the food was great, but $30 for a bowl of étouffée and fried green tomatoes...

Warehouse No 1 is beautifully set on the Ouchita River - if the weather is nice sit outside. Inside is more of the old school dining feel. They had a piano player inside who played very well, we could hear him from the patio. Our server was nice and professional. They brought complimentary jalapeño hushpuppies which were very tasty - hot and crispy. They have a decent size drink menu from beer to whiskey.
