The side orders are priced too high for a small potato or veggies in a small bowl. The po-boy came out with the ingredients on the side when it was ordered 'dressed'. My husband is the worst when trying to assemble his sandwich🫣!! So needless to say, we didn't enjoy the food as much. The location on the bayou is gorgeous and the service was great.

Molly was an awesome server. We had 18 people, and she handled us all very well. The appetizers were ok. The BBQ shrimp was the best of the platter. The rakhee shrimp was also very good. The sauce was great for dipping bread in. Dinner was a little underwhelming. The salmon was tasty, but the catfish had an earthy taste to it. Desert was good. The bread pudding was awesome. The banana foster was fun to watch being made and tasted good. The pecan pie was just ok. You are able to look out over the water, and the overall atmosphere is great. A nice place for date night or to take the kids. I will try to give it another try when in town again.

We were traveling through town to see family. This restaurant is 5 star! My family loved the food and the atmosphere! The staff were all kind and accommodating to us and our little dog. The patio is delightful with beautiful water views! Highly recommend!

This is primarily seafood place, as the name suggests, that serves po'boys and hamburgers. For flavor and food quality, the restaurant is middle pack with other 4.0 and up rated area eateries.
There are some great things to like about the Waterfront Grill. The view is amazing, and the ambiance is unique. Waitstaff is knowledgeable. The restrooms are clean and well stocked.
Their food prices tend to be a little higher than competitors in the same bracket. The menu does not list if the seafood is gulf caught, or farm raised. (I diligently looked for it and honestly may have missed it.) I could not tell if the catfish was a Louisiana raised product or an import. They don't have a dedicated lunch menu. Parking can be kind of tight during peak mealtimes on the weekend. There is a red light to exit the parking lot, which is a nice feature.
If you have a special occasion and want to enjoy the view in a relaxing atmosphere you will probably enjoy the Waterfront Grill.

We were looking for a sampling of Southern soul food and hospitality. We were not in any way disappointed here.
Flew my boys over to Monroe for lunch/watching some college football and a little golf on a beautiful Saturday. Food was fantastic. My 11-year old said it was the best cheeseburger he’s ever had and he’s my picky eater! Great atmosphere, feels familiar and I’ve only been there a couple times. Beans and rice are amazing, as was the crawfish quesadillas. Highly recommend this place! And if it’s nice outside, enjoy the deck over the river. Great views!

The best ribeye I've ever ate!!! The staff were very friendly and took care of everything. All of the food we ordered was amazing!!! The drinks were off the charts and the waiter was awesome. They actually got us looking at houses here for a possible move just because of the food!!! First time ever being in Louisiana and it was incredible. This place made the whole trip.
