This is easily my favorite fast food place here. The workers here are always so nice and quick, and the food is always good. I've never had an issue coming here in years.

You just never know what you’re going to get hot/cold, correct/incorrect order, great/poor service, good/nasty food. It’s always a toss up! Mobile orders are easy to do, but are you going to get it???!!! A potato can be nice and fluffy and then it’s brown, hard and yellow! When going through the drive thru, it seems like you have to go one by one, your food gets cold? I have a large family, it’s tiring. No matter how much you spend, you should get the product quality you paid for!

When you go to Wendy's, you get Wendy's food. It may not look exactly like the picture on the menu or taste like it was cooked less than an hour ago; but the fries are AWESOME. This store takes your payment at the first window so you are less likely to refuse the food at the second window at the drive-through, and that's brilliant. Yum, fries... uh most of my iced tea is all ice and the hockey puck-sized burger has suffered from shrinkflation since pre-COVID. But I already paid. profit. P.S. The picture is of a burger Wendy's would NEVER sell, because it tasted incredible and fresh.

I was completely ripped off at this location and want my money back. Ordered and paid for a premium chicken sandwich in the drive thru and was given a tiny, single, plain burger with a patty the thickness of a sheet of paper. Even though I asked for a receipt and was told it was on the bag, it wasn’t of curse so I had no way to prove what I ordered. Not a coincidence!
I love coming to this particular Wendy's. Everything from the parking lot to the dining area spotless. Sometimes I like using the app to order ahead and pick up inside or in the drive-thru. Prices are reasonable and I especially love the combo meals special. The hamburgers and chicken meals are hot and fresh. What's not to love?
The only issue I have is inconsistency. Especially with the fries.
Parking: Abundant and clean. Also very well lit easy access to 165.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu and high chairs.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors and wheelchair accessible sidewalk.

The food is always great but whoever the lady was taking orders at the front counter was acting very irritated and she was rushing me and being very rude. Although she was black she did not make me feel welcomed at all.
