The food is always great but whoever the lady was taking orders at the front counter was acting very irritated and she was rushing me and being very rude. Although she was black she did not make me feel welcomed at all.

Fries were cold. Double meat burger only had meat and cheese don't know if they had ran out of condiments. No one said anything. No tomatoes nor lettuce on it.

February 25,2024, my Family and I came to the Wendy’s in Monroe Louisiana on 165 North and to say that the service and food was absolutely Horrible would be an understatement. The first issue started with the ladies’ nasty attitudes when being told that our orders were incorrect, and she told us that she only rung up one of the orders when there should have been two. The second issue came when the young lady argued that we didn’t order the second biggie bag when we had in fact ordered two biggie bags, also, we were not given (nor asked if we wanted) a receipt. The second issue occurred when we ordered a small fry and sweet tea and were charged for an entire meal as well as all of the tea’s were unsweet instead of sweet. Third and finally the last issue is we were charged two separate prices for one order when the simple solution should have been a simple fix of being given our entire order. I would highly recommend NOT going to this specific location for any reason

Baby it was literally 16 degrees and the team of people were slinging hot, beautifully crafted meals to the people of Monroe! I believe the management was also assisting on the line! I truly appreciated the teams efforts ?? truly amazing.

This place never has any ranch dipping sauce!! I have drove off 5 different times due to this.. I think this is the last time.. Several other people drove off too.. I just wonder what they where out of that they wanted..
