I ordered a breakfast baconator this morning and it was missing so much bacon. I said hello to the Latino lady in the drive thru and she gave me a very mean look and slammed the drive thru window. It made me feel so bad because in front of me was a white lady and I heard her say good morning and asked if she needed any jelly or anything. All I got was a mean look and a drive thru door slam. Is it because I'm black? I will never come here again.

I ordered the $8.00 dollar meal but the first burger was good but the second burger wasn't good it taste like somebody put something in it .it made me real sick it made had diarrhea real bad

I don't know anything about the inside service but I have ordered several times from the window in the burgers are delicious and fresh. I've had no problems with the people at the windows. Be kind to them and they will be kind to you.

Fast service, and a really good soda drink mixing machine.
Had a terrible experience at the drive through, workers are so concerned about their timer that they give customers confusing and convoluted instructions on where to park their cars while they wait for their food to be ready.

Always clean. Always a smiling face. (Usually...) Fountain drinks (Coke, etc) $1... NOT Tea, Lemonade, etc. Local restaurant is much better than Wendy's Corporate which has terrible No-Customer service-less... but Bastrop store shows they actually try. Try'em, you'll like'em.
Parking: Plenty of overflow parking in huge parking lot.
Left with out ordering…waited 15 minutes for them to take our order. No one was in front of us in line…. The register person left her post and fixed French fried and nuggets.
