Theory Of Personality

Mrs.C.C. was working the register, I know her name because I called and asked. It was 1 am and she was super nice, extremely friendly, in a great mood, and you need ten more like her.

The food was fresh, the fries amazing, hot and salted just right. The burger is amazing. It taste like it just came off a grill. Definitely don't go to the other places. This is the spot.

If I could give them ten stars I would.

Oh and the place was spotless.

I'm amazed it's 24/7 so good. Even though they were slammed it was still fast and fresh.

And they even answered the phone when I called to ask her name. This place is on the ball. They should train people for other locations. I'm super picky too.

The customer service needs work. They don't answer the phone. Curbside needs improving asap, I have had to go in & get my Curbside & also when they did answer i had to tell them I had been waiting on my Curbside order. An employee brought my drunk out with drink all on the outside of the cup. I had to ask him to take it back and wipe it off. No jalapeños cream ccheese for the jalapeños blaze burger & only tell me after it's paid for. The outside parking lot need to be power washed.

The worst service I've ever had.

Ordered my food at 10:08pm and finally got my food at 10:48pm after asking several times! All of our group and several that came in behind me got their food and were finished eating before we got our food. Service was terrible except for 1 African American guy. He got things going for us finally. Destiny took my order but was no help after my food was held up. I eat at Whataburger often but this was a terrible experience!

Friday lunch at 12:20 pm
Two couples at tables waiting on food, and six man crew ahead of us in order line.
Only cups left were the giant large, the men discovered there was NO ice, NO sweet tea, and the drink dispenser had “OUT” tags on the Coke, Diet Coke, Dr Pepper & Root Beer.
We got a small amount of unsweet Hot bitter tea. Then waited 35 minutes for two basic #1 burger deals.
When employee brought out order to elderly couple ahead of us the lady asked for some ketchup to which the employee Shouted
“It’s on the counter”
When she delivered the orders to another elderly couple sitting behind us, (the rap music volume was deafening blasting thru the overhead speakers) the lady asked very kindly if they could turn down the volume to which the employee Shouted “I’ll tell the manager”
And then proceeded over to where the men on the work crew were sitting waiting on their food and started laughing, flirting, and hooping & carrying on with them.
She was still engaged with them when we left..
absolutely unbelievable that a business operates like this and treats customers so poorly and rudely.
We will NEVER set foot in this dump again.

Took very long time to respond at the drive thru menu and an extra incredibly ling time to get us our order. Then, they got my order wrong. Very disappointing!

This is what I was served at this location for biscuits and gravy. Absolutely disgusting, this location is a shame to whataburger everywhere. Please get some new management ASAP.

Yes I did bring it to the managers attention and was given an immediate refund.
