A nice long 45 minute wait for an order. The thing is people who were friends with the people in the back were walking in joking cussing and acting a fool and getting handed food before paying customers. Several people who got food had problems with the order either so much salt they couldn’t eat it or undercooked food they couldn’t eat. All this transpired as I waited the 45 minutes for the order that was preordered 20 minutes before. So in all 65 minutes for them to get a simple order put together while they give food away to their friends this place was absolutely ridiculous and not a place for children. The language was obscene and vulgar throughout the entirety of my wait. Between the workers and disgruntled customers it was bad with the friends of the workers being the loudest and most disruptive.

I recently visited Whataburger intending to grab lunch, but unfortunately, the service experience left a lot to be desired. When I arrived, there was no one at the register to take my order. After a few minutes, an employee came out and asked if I had placed an order or if I was there for a DoorDash pickup. I explained I was there to place an order, but rather than assisting me, he returned to the kitchen without offering any help.

I took a seat on the bench, assuming someone would eventually come take my order. A female employee did acknowledge me shortly afterward and asked the same question — if I had already placed an order. Again, I explained I had not and was waiting to place one. Disappointingly, she also did not make any effort to assist me further.

I ended up waiting about eight minutes without being helped at all and finally left out of frustration. This was a poor in-store experience, and as a result, I don't plan on ordering inside again. I hope Whataburger addresses these service gaps to prevent others from having a similar experience.

Food is about 7 out of 10. Customer service is good they're polite. I recommend avoiding lunch time...service is super slow we waited in drive thru for about 20 minutes they also got our drink orders wrong. We understand mistakes happen so we'll try again.

There’s usually at least a 10-15 minute wait, which is fine if the food is fresh. I think most people are ok with longer wait times for HOT food. My order was ice cold and stale by the time I got it after a 15 minute wait. I won’t put it all on the employees bc I know it’s probably the corporate rules that have them serving cold and old sandwiches. Whatever manager sees this, rotate your product better. If I wasn’t on the verge of passing out, I would’ve asked for a refund.

I visited this establishment on September 20,2025 I ordered a regular bacon cheeseburger and 2 je cheeseburger meals. My bacon cheeseburger order was incorrect when brought out to me it was actually a more expensive double burger with that I didn’t order… when I took the meal back in to ask them if they could make the correct order.. it took another 6 minutes before it was corrected I asked could the other two burgers be remade because they were cold due to my order being incorrect… the manager stated it was against policy to remake the food. Waste of money and time. This establishment is very unprofessional and rude . Needs new management. I will be getting in touch with corporate… no one wants to waste money .

Everytime I order from here my order is missing something. I always pay extra to get my food the way I want it to be and it’s never correct.Don’t waste your time or money here especially if you are ordering delivery
