Restaurant was full of smoke and lately the chairs are are up on the table every time I go in to pick up food. The staff have never been friendly i literally cringe when I relieve an order from there. everyone is so rude all the time. People never forget how you make them feel and first impression is everything

This is a terrible ridiculous place to get service. They tell you what you have to order and not what you want. The supervisor, manager, and staff is so ridiculous. I should be able to order WHT I want and at 7pm in evening, they accept cards no cash. What is this crap

I did an online order 30 minutes before I headed to wingstop on 165 / old sterlington rd. Monroe, la.71201. I arrived wings were not ready, I had to wait 15 extra minutes. Finally got the wings and was headed home which was 25 minutes away. I ordered a 10 piece wing combo, half lemon pepper and garlic parm. I only got 7 wings and they were over cooked. They tasted old and like garbage not to mention my fries were cold.
Very bad experience Diamond Price was so rude to me. My food was cold, it stunk really bad in the building, there was poo on the walls in the bathroom. I was treated like the establishment looked like poo. I will not be returning

I ordered a 20pc boneless deal with fries for delivery and only received half the order. I called Wingstop and was placed on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up. The food is good, but the staff is awful.
