On a Wednesday night I placed an online order two (10 piece) combos at 615pm. Received notification of the order that told me the order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. Upon arrival, the smoke in the restaurant was so thick I thought I was in a casino bar. There were no open tables for anyone wanting to dine in as every table was occupied by customers waiting on to-go orders. While waiting, I did a quick count of 28 people waiting. There were others outside. I overheard one customer state she had been waiting one and half hours. Upon hearing this, and when I was finally able to get the attention of the manager, I asked to cancel my order and credit my account. The manager advised me and another customer, who was also requesting a cancellation, she couldn't perform this and would have to call her boss. After several minutes on the phone with her boss and then going through all of the waiting to-go tickets my order was cancelled. Just as I was leaving, one of the cooks become so stressed he claimed to be quitting. Really didn't understand what caused this problem. There were 3 employees in the cooking area, 2 employees up front and an on-duty manager. First, the owner needs to invest in better ventilation. The smoke from the fryers was over the top. Second, an expert needs to assess their operation. The food is always good and I wasn't unhappy with the employees but I wasted an hour of just wait time not including my drive there and then to another restaurant to wait there too. Lesson learned. Won't go back.

Ghetto and Ratchet, the wings are a bit of raw, one friday evening i saw one of the employees have a whole argument with a customer over soda machine, she went back and forth and used profanity! who ever is in charge if wingstop better take charge cause on the weekends that business is being ran like a one star hole in the wall!

Excellent food, service is always very good. Only downside is they are very busy in the evenings and it's a bit noisy inside. App say 15 to 20 minutes to pick up an order, just plan on 30 minutes because they are so busy. Great staff and great food, I definitely recommend!

I always order through doordash to get it delivered, but since I've been having issues with drivers stealing my food despite me giving a 20% tip every time, I placed an order for pick up. The food is good and I got the same thing I get every time, a ten piece combo, the $2 extra for all flats, and cheese fries. I got an extra ten of all flats when I just ordered, and not only did neither of the wings have all flats, they didn't give me my fries or celery and they said there was nothing they could do, despite the fact that I've never had an issue previously, as well as the fact that I waited well past the expected time to pick up before they finally gave me my food. I don't even care if I sound like a Karen because I'm pretty understanding since I know food service can be very stressful and filled with customers just being extremely rude, but I'm honestly just mind blown at this lol. Probably not going to order here again any time soon. Super disappointed because I really did like their wings even though they're nowhere near as good as my local places up north.

We had 3 people tell us to try Wing Stop out, because “they are so good, Better than Bdubs!”. So, we tried them. The only great thing about the food is how soft the wings are. My Husband and I do prefer Buffalo Wild Wings-Wings, because we love the crunchy of the wings. The fries at wing stop almost taste too fried, kind of a burnt flavor, and the restaurant doesn’t even have a honey bbq sauce, their bbq sauce is spicy, so for someone that doesn’t like spice, you can’t even enjoy your bbq wings. The service was nice, but it’s good for your first time experience, but bdubs is a choice we prefer.
