Very clean establishment. They got my order wrong and instead of making it right they were worried about charging me more money. Did not have time to wait around for them to remake my food. Very sad when. we choose to spend hard earned money for it to be messed up. The place was not busy there was no line or anyone waiting for their food. Very disappointed.

After 7 years of living in Monroe, I finally tried Zaxbys. 2/13/25 The night crew was amazing!!! They took our order at 11:50pm. Literally fast and friendly service!!

They make you pull up Everytime. I know for a fact corporate don’t approve of that. Make you wait 10+ minutes. I came the last 3 times hoping I wouldn’t have to wait that long. But it never fells.

Just arrived and I order the Chipotle ranch taco , and I paid and they had me to pull up ,to wait on my order then when I finally get it ,it does not have the sauce on it
