I ordered a kids chicken 2 tender meal with fries I opened the box and there were like 5 fries and no tenders and forgot to out chicken and egg on my salad with no sauce after I asked for ranch and honey mustard and zaxbys sauce I AM MAD... 😡

Very clean establishment. They got my order wrong and instead of making it right they were worried about charging me more money. Did not have time to wait around for them to remake my food. Very sad when. we choose to spend hard earned money for it to be messed up. The place was not busy there was no line or anyone waiting for their food. Very disappointed.

After 7 years of living in Monroe, I finally tried Zaxbys. 2/13/25 The night crew was amazing!!! They took our order at 11:50pm. Literally fast and friendly service!!
