Very disappointed in this place !! I grew up eating Great food from here years ago. Returned last week and was SO very disappointed in the food, service, prices, & quantity, and quality of food. I got $35 worth of products, only to get home 35 miles away and they left out a couple of paid items. The tenders were SO small they looked like nuggets. Rice dressing was not good. Red beans tasted like they came out of a can. Many people had warned me about the quality of food going down. But I had to check for myself. It's TRUE !!! They really need to do better. For the amount paid, sloppy service, lost items, plain taste of food, I'm sorry, but I will NOT be returning. I always loved this place.Parking: Limited parking. Have to get there at certain times to find parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access inside for wheelchairs.

Every time my family or I are in town and go we never get service so we can order food. Today it was a big blonde looking gal that ignored us so we couldn't order. I think if you are going to work fast food that you need to acknowledge someone so they can order. I don't understand how they have 4.3 stars when this happens so often. I would love to see this change. I am tired of going to places and getting bad service.

Very poor service. Employees make you feel sorry that you walked in. Spent 42$ on a two piece and some tenders with a few extra sides. As I was eating with my brother a family member of mine walked in and got a order to go. After she left the two employees that clearly did not want to be there let alone take her order started profiling her wishing she hadn't come in and how they dislike her stereotype. I let it go at first but they just kept talking. I ate a few bites of my food but couldn't listen to them complain and profile my family member. So I let them know about it threw all my food away and left. That is awful don't come here unless you want to get crap service from people that don't want to be there, get talked about and profiled after you leave.

The chicken is always fresh, the prices are reasonable considering the present economy. All the sides are delicious and generous.
Crispy/ juicy chicken, warm buttery rolls, real rice dressing aka dirty rice and the fam loves the gizzards and liver! We always stop at least once each visit! Great customer service too!

Chicken and meal was decent, kinda reminded me of Popeyes, with some spice to it, but greasier. Place needs to be cleaned up and the inside painted, maybe knock down the spiderwebs.I'd eat there again, but more likely to use the drive-through.
