“On this particular visit, we went to have a drink with the bartender on her birthday. As for the location itself, it is your typical small town bar that's usually occupied by the regulars and the occasional visitor stopping by for whatever reason.Like most other bars, today might be jam packed but the same day the following week can see it empty as my bank account. Same for weekends.The drinks are reasonably priced, the building seems to be well maintained, and the staff is ready to go. Definitely worth a stop and ya may even meet a new friend.”

“Total revelation: first we stopped in a city we never thought we will, and that was brilliant. While choosing which bar to go to, we randomly entered this place and within 15 seconds we were already offered a round by a friendly local. The bartender was lovely and sweet and all guests were really welcoming.
The gentleman who treated us with a free refreshment also suggests us - out of nothing - to go to Stephensville as we looked like guys who would loved it up there. And boy we did!
Really grateful for the experience and everyone who passes the bridge over Morgan City, please turn down the highway and visit this bar, you won’t regret it.”

“Some of the best fried or grilled fish and shrimp and the fried chicken and red beans is pretty good too. The only thing missing from the beans is sausage. Service is good as well.”

“First time eating here. Service was amazing and the food was good. Only thing I would recommend is that the worker stops swatting flies around food. He swatted at a fly then went to counter where sushi was being prepared to get the fly he killed. Ruined it for me!”

“I worked here over a decade ago and have since moved out of state. We were in town last week and stopped in for the lunch buffet. I was pleasantly surprised at how low they have kept their prices compared with other places in town. More importantly, the food quality has NOT gone down as a result. Very friendly staff as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!”
